Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change. LuxuryLimoz Austin strives to provide flexible cancellation options while maintaining the high level of service our clients expect. Please review the following policy carefully.

Weddings & Special Events

Weddings, prom, and large event bookings are subject to custom cancellation terms outlined in your event contract. In general:

  • 90+ days before event: Full refund minus a $100 administrative fee.
  • 30–90 days: 50% refund of total contract amount.
  • Under 30 days: No refund — the full contract amount is due.

Force Majeure

In the event of severe weather, natural disasters, government orders, public health emergencies, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control, LuxuryLimoz Austin will work with you to either reschedule your service at no additional cost or provide a full refund. Force majeure cancellations are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellations by LuxuryLimoz Austin

In the rare event that we must cancel a reservation due to mechanical failure, operational reasons, or other unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or we will arrange an equivalent alternative vehicle at no additional charge. We will notify you as soon as possible.

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
  • You will receive email confirmation when your refund has been processed.
