1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking, accessing, or using any services provided by LuxuryLimoz Austin ("Company," "we," "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
- You must be at least 18 years of age to make a reservation.
- Use of our website or booking system constitutes acceptance of these terms.
- Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through mediation or binding arbitration in Travis County, Texas, to the extent permitted by Texas law.
2. Services Provided
- LuxuryLimoz Austin provides non-emergency, non-medical luxury ground transportation and chauffeur services.
- Service area includes Austin, Central Texas, and surrounding regions including Round Rock, Cedar Park, Pflugerville, Georgetown, San Marcos, Lakeway, and Bee Cave.
- Long-distance service to San Antonio, Houston, and Dallas is available upon request.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any lawful reason.
3. Reservations & Booking
- All reservations are subject to vehicle availability and require confirmation from our team.
- A valid credit card is required to confirm bookings. You will receive confirmation via email and/or SMS.
- Required information at booking: full name, date and time of service, pickup and drop-off locations, and vehicle type.
- A deposit may be required for certain services. Deposit amounts will be communicated at the time of booking.
- Quotes are valid for 7 days unless otherwise specified.
4. Payment Terms
- All prices are quoted in USD. Accepted payment methods include major credit cards processed securely via Stripe.
- Full payment is due 24 hours before the scheduled service unless otherwise arranged.
- Pricing is all-inclusive — no hidden fees, no surge pricing. A 20% standard gratuity is included in all quotes.
- Fuel surcharges may apply for trips exceeding 100 miles and will be disclosed at the time of booking.
- Toll charges and parking fees incurred during your service are the responsibility of the client and will be added to the final invoice.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

- Weddings & special events: Cancellation terms are specified in your event contract.
- Force majeure: In cases of severe weather, natural disasters, or government orders, we will work with you to reschedule or provide a full refund.
- If LuxuryLimoz Austin cancels a service for any reason, you will receive a full refund or alternative arrangement.

6. Wait Time
- Airport pickups: 60 minutes complimentary wait time from flight landing.
- All other pickups: 15 minutes complimentary wait time from the scheduled pickup time.
- Additional wait time is billed at the hourly rate for your selected vehicle.
7. Vehicle & Passenger Rules
- Maximum occupancy per vehicle is strictly enforced per DOT regulations. Exceeding the stated capacity is not permitted.
- Prohibited items: Illegal substances, weapons, and open containers where prohibited by Texas law.
- Smoking: Prohibited in all vehicles in compliance with Texas clean air regulations.
- Pets: Small pets are permitted in carriers with advance notice. A cleaning fee may apply.
- Damage liability: Clients are responsible for cleaning fees and any damage caused by passengers to the vehicle interior or exterior.
- Alcohol: Legal-age consumption is permitted where Texas law allows. Zero tolerance for passengers under 21. Our chauffeurs will not serve or allow alcohol to minors.
8. Chauffeur Authority
- Our chauffeur has final authority over all vehicle safety decisions.
- The chauffeur may terminate a trip without refund if passenger behavior creates a safety concern.
- All chauffeurs comply with Texas traffic laws. Requests for speeding or illegal route maneuvers will not be honored.
9. Liability Limitations
- LuxuryLimoz Austin is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, mechanical failure, or other force majeure events beyond our reasonable control.
- We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen luggage or personal property left in vehicles.
- Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service in question.
- Third-party services (hotels, venues, airlines) are beyond our control and responsibility.
10. Insurance & Licensing
- LuxuryLimoz Austin carries comprehensive commercial transportation insurance as required by the State of Texas.
- We are a Texas-licensed commercial transportation carrier operating under all applicable state and local regulations.
- All chauffeurs hold valid Texas commercial driver licenses and undergo background checks.
- We hold any required city and county operating permits for the Austin metropolitan area.
11. Privacy & Data
Your personal information is collected and used solely for booking fulfillment and communication purposes. We do not sell personal data to third parties. For complete details, please review our Privacy Policy.
12. Dispute Resolution
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
- Any disputes shall be resolved in Travis County, Texas courts.
- Mandatory mediation is required before litigation, to the extent permitted by Texas law.
13. Accessibility

14. Modifications to Terms
LuxuryLimoz Austin reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or website notice. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
